THE PROJECT
The context
The “strategic territorial prospective” cooperation project brings together 3 territories which have the same problematic in various contexts. Each of these territories seeks to improve its attractiveness (service offering to populations and businesses) by relying on its own identity and local resources. To move forward on this issue, these 3 territories have embarked on a strategic foresight approach, aimed at questioning the challenges of the territory and potential futures.
The action is part of a frame of reference built by Sol et Civilization, drawing inspiration from the tools of the CNAM and Futuribles, which in particular articulate anticipation, action and appropriation: "good forecasting is not the one that comes true but the one that leads to action ”Michel Godet, the shock of 2006.

Approach, method and procedures
The objective of the cooperation project is to share a method between the 3 territories, to have mirror visits where each territory welcomes the other two and benefits from the expertise of actors acting on its issues; to have visits to advanced territories on these themes in order to consider the potential concrete feedback from this approach. To do this, the cooperation project makes it possible to share the expertise of the Soil and Civilization Think Tank and to organize the various visits.
A restitution of learning and procedures is provided in document format as well as during meetings
